• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Only exchanges are permitted under our policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery is available within India only, subject to courier partner serviceability.
• Average delivery time is 7–8 working days from dispatch.
• Delays may occur due to logistics, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Exchange Policy

• We offer Exchange Only, No Refunds.
• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The customer bears the return shipping cost for exchanges.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
• Unboxing Video: A proper unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange due to damage or defect.
