We strive to deliver high-quality women’s fashion products and ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth exchange policy under the following terms and conditions.

🏠 Domestic Orders (Within India)

We offer exchange only on eligible items purchased through our website www.gurunazar.com.
Customers must raise an exchange request within 7 days of product delivery by emailing us at rs.gurnazar@gmail.com or contacting us at +91-909-047-7878.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 24–48 working hours with further instructions.
After approval:

  • Our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 2–4 working days.
  • Two pickup attempts will be made. If the product is not collected in the second attempt, the request will be considered closed.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you can self-ship the product to our address (which we will share over email).

πŸ“¦ Exchange Conditions

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  2. The product will go through a quality check upon arrival. Items that fail quality inspection (used, washed, damaged, or without tags) will not be accepted.
  3. Once the item passes inspection, you can choose:
    • To receive another product in exchange, or
    • To receive a store credit valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  4. The entire exchange process takes approximately 7–9 working days after we receive the product.
  5. The shipping cost for exchange is to be borne by the customer.

πŸŽ₯ Unboxing Video Requirement

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share a proper, unedited unboxing video of the parcel as proof within 24 hours of delivery.
Without a clear unboxing video, exchange claims for damage will not be accepted.

🧡 Non-Exchangeable Products

The following categories are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized orders
  • Underskirts or innerwear
  • Products purchased during festive or clearance sales

Since our products are not mass-produced, minor variations in size (1–3 inches), embroidery, weave, or color tone may occur β€” these are considered natural characteristics of handcrafted fabrics and are not valid reasons for exchange.

🎨 Product Variation Clause

Please note:

  • Slight differences in color, texture, or embroidery may occur due to photography lighting or different screen displays.
  • Such variations do not qualify as defects and will not be eligible for exchange.
  • In handmade or artisanal items, small weaving irregularities or color marks indicate fabric authenticity, not damage.

⚠️ Refund & Cancellation

We do not offer refunds or order cancellations once an order is placed.
Only exchange requests are entertained as per the above policy.

🌍 International Orders

Currently, we do not provide international delivery or exchanges.
Orders are accepted and fulfilled within India only.

🚫 Fraudulent or False Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or incomplete.

Gurunazar shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as:

  • Natural calamities (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
  • Courier service disruptions or any cause beyond our reasonable control
